All artworks will be printed exactly as received. We are not responsible for any quality issues that may arise from the provision of low-quality or low-resolution files. Failure to provide a print-ready PNG file will result in the cancellation and refund of your order. 

2.  Your artwork will be printed in the exact size you provide, and it must be in a print-ready PNG format at 300 dpi with a transparent background. Please note that we will not make any alterations to the file or remove the background; our role is strictly limited to printing. We do not offer resizing services.
